Over 15 years, our founder İsmail Erdem has worked at Turkey's leading luxury hotels, restaurants and distinguished venues, gaining experience at the highest service standards in the industry.
Eight years at W Hotel Istanbul in Akaretler and successful work at Bodrum's most prestigious venues form the foundation of RİPARK VALE's professional approach today.
For us, valet service is not just taking and parking a car. It is making guests feel safe, valued and special from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.

Initial interview
We assess the candidate's experience, communication skills and service attitude.
Licence & record check
Driving licence validity, penalty points and criminal record are checked.
Judicial record check
Judicial records and any ongoing court cases are queried.
Driving & manoeuvre test
Driving and tight-space parking tests with different vehicle classes.
Health screening
Fitness to perform the role safely is documented.
Final interview & references
A final interview is held and references from previous employers are verified.
